Fees

We offer a full range of legal services to referral attorneys, depending on your needs. We are open to discussing flexible fee arrangements for legal research and brief-writing, including: hourly rates, flat fees, contingency fees and blended contingency/hourly fees. Our attorney hourly rates are $500/hour ($600/hour if we enroll as counsel of record, which is not generally necessary). There is no charge for the first 15 minutes of an initial consultation, after which hourly rates apply. We typically give an estimate before beginning research and writing projects and will work within your budget.
